About Me
Hi! I’m Kathleen Leeper, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for empowering families to create positive, lasting change. I obtained my undergrad degree in psychology at UCSB and went on to achieve my master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education at the University of West Florida.

With over 13 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I have worked as a Behavior Technician, Program Supervisor, and Senior Clinical Supervisor, serving the local Santa Barbara community, as well as families in Virginia as a Licensed Behavior Analyst. I specialize in providing personalized parent training to help caregivers better understand their child’s unique needs and foster meaningful growth.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, focusing on equipping parents with practical strategies to support their child’s development and address interfering behaviors. Together, we’ll work on building skills, enhancing communication, and strengthening family bonds in a way that’s tailored to your goals and values.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, and spending quality time with my family, including long nature walks with my 3-year-old daughter. I am dedicated to creating a supportive and welcoming environment for every family I work with, and I look forward to partnering with you on your journey!
